Return & Refunds

At Trendly Items, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

1. Eligibility Criteria

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

3. Return Process

  • Provide details of the issue and supporting photos (if applicable).

  • Ship the product back to our address: Trendly Items Store, street no# 55, Sant Nagar, Lahore.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
